Jones is a native Mississippian, born and raised in Winona, MS. Jones has more than two decades of experience in health care. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Holmes Community College in 2000. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Western Governors University in 2018. She completed post-graduate training as a family nurse practitioner at the University of Memphis in 2021. Jones holds board certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as well as certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.

Jones says she sees health care as a ministry that allows her to serve others in multiple capacities. She can share a smile, offer a listening ear and extend a caring heart as she cares for patients and their families.

“Nothing is better than ending your day and saying to yourself, ‘I made a difference in someone’s life.’”

Her happiest moments are spending time with her husband, children, and family members, sharing laughter, and spreading love.
